Documented performance
The Macwood Portable System technical sheet reports performance using EN 14904 test methods and FIBA 3x3 Level 1 requirements.
25 mm Biomass Macwood top panel, 50 mm keel and 15 mm shock-absorbing pad. Galvanized-steel interlocking mechanism, EVA noise-reduction membrane and aluminum-alloy skirting complete the system.
Choose 1000 × 1000 mm panels (26 kg) or 1000 × 2000 mm panels (53 kg). The technical sheet also reports friction value 99 and wear loss 0.038 g.

Portable installation
The galvanized-steel interlock connects modular panels without special tools. These photos show the documented assembly sequence.

Align panels and engage the connectors.

Rotate the next panel into a precise fit.

Secure the joint for a continuous playing surface.
Move, store and reuse
VMKON reports that an experienced crew can install a basketball court in about 4 hours, subject to site conditions. The system supports repeated assembly and disassembly, with no visible deterioration reported in the mechanism durability test. Special pallets or wooden cases organize panels for transport.
