VMKON’s Multi-Layer Hardwood System 18T is an indoor sports flooring system built on an 18 mm cross-laminated multi-layer plywood sports panel for excellent dimensional stability. The panel is bonded with high-performance resin and hot-pressed into a strong load-bearing layer.
The system is installed over a traditional sprung subfloor (load-bearing board, LVL keels, and resilient pads) to deliver shock absorption, comfort, and consistent ball response.
Sports performance has been verified through FIBA-approved. It is ideal for professional arenas, school gymnasiums, and multi-purpose sports halls.
3D graphics are printed directly into the wear layer, enabling full-court artwork and branding without surface films.
Cross-laminated layers reduce expansion and contraction, helping prevent warping and gapping during humidity changes.
Industrial-grade coatings provide long-term abrasion resistance. Court patterns stay clear and stable over time.
